My understanding is that we have purchased the server hardware and Data Integration Server software package. Currently our data analysts (~15) run SAS 9.1.3 locally from their PC workstations and all have individual SAS licenses purchased. My question is...how will analysts be running SAS on the DIS server? Will they be submitting batch jobs similar to how SAS is implemented on VMS machines? What front-end/coding editor software is used to write code and submit jobs (Enterprise Guide?)? Is a separate purchase required?
